TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below.

Please read the terms and conditions before ordering any products from this site. If you do not agree to them, do not order any products from this site. FLIPIT DESIGN LTD cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide with your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. Please note that you may only purchase products from this site at the prices offered if you are over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom. For orders from other countries, please get in touch with us for pricing and delivery charges.

GENERAL: We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

PRICES AND PAYMENT: The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site include VAT and delivery. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom. Prices and delivery charges for other countries are available from sales@flipitdirect.com

FLIPIT DESIGN LTD cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). After payment is received, we will e-mail acceptance of your order. This will be sent to the e-mail address you provide with your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY: This returns and refund policy is addition to your legal rights. You may cancel your order for any reason before delivery has started. If you wish to cancel an order after delivery, please phone: 020 7328 7496 or email: sales@flipitdirect.com or write to us at: FLIPIT DESIGN LTD, 110-116 Kingsgate Road, London NW10 5UU for assistance on returning the product to us or arranging collection (you will need your sales invoice and the credit/debit card used for payment).

This is subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original undamaged product packaging.
You must provide your original sales receipt as proof of purchase. Other than where credit vouchers are issued all refunds will be provided using the same method of payment as your purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit/debit card, the same card must be used for the refund.
If you return the product, we may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid less any collection and delivery charges.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund with or without a receipt. Orders which are specially made to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).

FAULTY PRODUCTS: If the product you purchase is faulty we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. If help is required, please phone 020 7328 7496 or email sales@flipitdirect.com to arrange for the return of the product to FLIPIT DESIGN LTD.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

GENERAL CONDITIONS: We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of FLIPIT DESIGN LTD.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate.

FLIPIT DESIGN LTD will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond our reasonable control, we may not be able to do so. In such circumstances we will contact the Customer and agree an alternative date. The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the delivery to take place on the given date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Customer, the Customer may not be able to do so. In such circumstances the Customer will contact FLIPIT DESIGN LTD and agree an alternative date.

As soon as FLIPIT DESIGN LTD has delivered the goods, the Customer will be responsible for their safekeeping and we will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage. If the Customer delays a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to its negligence will end on the date FLIPIT DESIGN LTD agreed to deliver them as set out in the contract.

Ownership of the goods shall remain with FLIPIT DESIGN LTD and shall not pass to the Customer until the agreed price for them, together with all other sums due from the Customer to us have been paid in full.

To the extent permitted by law, FLIPIT DESIGN LTD accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

Contracts are made and accepted subject to these Conditions of Sale. Contracts that are made in Scotland shall be governed by Scottish Law otherwise this contract shall be governed by English Law and no other.

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION: In these Terms and Conditions, "we" means Flipit Design Ltd (and "us" and "our" shall be construed accordingly); and "you" means the relevant customer or potential customer as the case may be (and "your" shall be construed accordingly).
